I’ve had a 10 year history of lower back pain and numerous injections over the years to help resolve the pain but with mixed results. More recently it progressed to severe back pain causing me to be immobile and have shooting pains down my legs. I couldn’t bend, twist or even get dressed!

I started working with Minesh, and within a short period of time my improvement has been fantastic. I’m now pain free! I’m so pleased with my progress and how quickly Minesh was able help resolve my long standing issue. I’m now able to exercise back in the gym no less than 2 weeks from not being able to put my socks on.
