Julie came to see us in 2014 after suffering for 10 years with lower back and hip pain. Her xray results had shown arthritic changes within the hip and the lower back - a result which led her to believe it was progressively going to get worse and that she would have to live with it forever.

Each day, Julie would struggle to stand for long periods, get a good nights sleep or exercise.
After a short period of treatment, Julie’s life had changed - no pain, and mobility she did not think was possible. Now, 3 years since her treatment, and with the self management plan we created for her, Julie continues to be pain free and is delighted she can enjoy her life without any restrictions.
