The Best Osteopath In Leicester
We are on a mission to help 5000 people with back pain transform their lives

LEICESTER’S LEADING OSTEOPATHS
Passionate. Committed. Trusted.
At The Spine Clinic, we understand how debilitating chronic pain can be, especially when it persistently impacts your quality of life. We have seen too many patients relying on pain killers and sometimes even surgery to relieve pain. We believe that this should be a last resort, and that osteopathic care is an effective primary treatment when it comes to both rehabilitation and prevention. Our mission is to offer the highest quality treatment to individuals suffering with chronic joint pains, aid recovery and ultimately offer them a pain-free life.
What Can Osteopathy Treat?
Osteopathy is a proven method (consisting of manual therapy and mindfulness techniques) of treating a variety of aches, pains and musculoskeletal conditions, such as:
- Back pain
- Lower back pain
- Sciatica
- Neck pain
- Shoulder pain
- Hip pain
- Joint pain/arthritic pain
- Various sports injuries
You may require osteopathic treatment if you experience mobility issues (such as pain when you make certain movements), sports injuries, issues with posture, stress related tension or need rehabilitation after surgery.
When you come to The Spine Clinic, we will offer you an initial consultation, where we can assess your pain, perform a physical assessment, offer a diagnosis, and devise an effective treatment plan. From the very first session you have with us, our number one priority is getting you pain-free and restoring you to optimal health.
Your Trusted Osteopaths: Leicester and Beyond
Osteopaths, including us, never truly stop training. Staying on top of the latest academic and scientific developments is what allows us to keep delivering the best treatment possible.
Rest assured that osteopaths are also knowledgeable about the psychological effects of musculoskeletal conditions- mindfulness is just as important as manual therapy. Being able to use our knowledge and expertise to make a difference to the health of our patients is always fulfilling, and is the fundamental driving force of our clinic.
As osteopaths, our patient-centred approach to health and well being ensures that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. We will consider symptoms in the full context of a patient’s medical history, as well as their lifestyle and personal circumstances. Any treatment plan we devise is fully bespoke and based on a holistic assessment.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect for my first session?
Your first appointment will be an hour long and will be broken down into 4 phases:
Consultation: This will involve questions about your symptoms, medical history and lifestyle: This is very important as it helps us to understand and identify the root cause of the issue you are experiencing.
Assessment: We will ask you to perform a range of movements alongside physically assessing both the area of your pain as well as your overall function.
Diagnosis / Prognosis: We will then go on to explain what the problem is, why is it happening, and advise what to expect moving forwards.
Treatment: We will start treatment on the day and then moving forwards we will set out a treatment program so that we can achieve the best possible results for you.
Occasionally, if we are unable to help you we may refer you back to your GP.
Please wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing to your appointment. This will allow us to assess and treat effectively and your modesty will always be respected.
For most people, positive progress is seen very early on in their care.
